图 1. 荧光信号的稳定性比较。以 GeneCopoeia pEZX-MT06 miRNA 报告载体转染 HEK 293 细胞,转染 48 小时后分别检测荧光信号,效果如上图所示。从图中可知,GeneCopoeia 试剂盒(图A)的 Fluc 及 Rluc 均在 60 分钟内保持信号稳定,竞争对手品牌的试剂盒(图B)荧光信号在前 30 分钟已出现较大波动。
